Project:        Display Shopfront Therry Street Melbourne CBD

Scope:         A challenging and rewarding project.  ESA were engaged to build this 10x 5 Modular structure, partly in our workshop and finish onsite.   Site conditions were very challenging with limited room and working within a few metres of pedestrians in a very busy throughfare.  The structure was architecturally designed with strict heritage conditions on how the building was presented.  Lined externally in a Lysaught Longline cladding, and internally with a Fire Rated Premium ply.  This structure is part of the new Queen Vic Market refurbishments presently happening and will be part of the QVM fabric for many years to come.
